Regulations
Art. 1: Purposes
The A.C. Pragmata promotes Europe Award, an excellence recognition for the professional, artistic, cultural and social talents.
Art. 2: The award
Europe Award consists of a plate bearing the image of the flag of the European Union with the prize mark in its middle and of a certificate of merit, both bearing the name of the winner.
Art. 3: Prize winners
Possible winners of such recognition are persons, work groups, institutions and companies operating all over Europe, standing out for their professional merits.
Art. 4: Prize Organisms
Prize Organisms are: the Promoting Committee, the Organizational Secretariat, the Honorary Committee, the Honorary President.
Art. 5: Promoting Committee
The Promoting Committee of the award is formed by the Founding Members of the A.C. Pragmata and has got the task of selecting the prize candidates.
Art. 6: Organizational Secretariat
The Organizational Secretariat of the A.C. Pragmata carries out the preliminary duties about the candidatures. With the support of external category selections, it verifies the candidatures conformity and the qualifications suitability.
Art. 7: Honorary Committee
The Honorary Committee is formed by various personalities belonging to the sectors of culture, research and business and it carries out support and guarantee duties for the Promoting Committee.
Art. 8: Honorary President
He is the excellence guarantor of the prize conferral.
Art. 9: Prize conferral ceremony
The prize conferral ceremony takes place in Italy every year. The ceremony moments will be reported in the web site of the Association, by press and air broadcasts.
Art. 10: Participation formalities
The registration and the participation in the initiative are free. The candidates have to fill in the Official Registration Form with the requested data and to send it to the Organizational Secretariat of the Award by registered mail or e-mail. To be entitled to the prize, the selected candidates have to guarantee their participation in the prize conferral ceremony and have to agree to appear in press services or photo and/or TV shots, without claiming any right of image.
