Europe Award Prize for Tourism

Three consecutive generations of Kalberer family followed each other during over seventy years managing a hotel structure founded at Wangs Pizol (Switzerland) to accommodate the tourists fond of alpine skiing. During its long existence the Berghotel Gaffia was restored and enlarged more than once in order to bring it into line with the increasing requirements of its guests, so encouraging the tourist and economic rise of that zone.
